The photo below shows the improved facial circulation (right) after only 20 minutes of “grounding” (earthing).
Grounding is placing your feet directly on the ground, without socks or shoes as an “obstacle.” The Earth has a negative charge that theoretically is a good source of antioxidants. James Osman, a biology doctor and expert in the field of energy medicine, said:
“Research has shown that grounding improves health and mood. It can also be found in many literary works, but also in various cultures around the world. For many reasons, the majority of people go barefoot only when on holiday on the beach. “
When you think about it, all this makes sense. In our natural state, we would not wear anything on our feet. Going barefoot will help you absorb a lot of negative electrons through the feet, which in turn improve your health.
Studies show what happens to the human body when we walk barefoot on Earth
Many studies have shown that grounding can be a potential cure for many chronic illnesses. One of them showed that this technique may be the most important factor in regulating the endocrine and nervous system.
Grounding reduces pain, improves sleep, improves mood … Also earthing during exercise will affect the metabolism of proteins and result in a positive balance of nitrogen. There are a dozen research that only confirms the psychological effects of earthing, including everything from heart disease, to slowing down the aging process. Unfortunately, most people living in developed countries almost never go barefoot.
How to apply the earthing?
All of us when we go out wear some shoes that have rubber or plastic soles. These materials act as insulators and prevent the charge of the earth from flowing through us. If you go barefoot on sand, grass, concrete or ceramics, you are grounded. But if you go barefoot on asphalt, wood, rubber, plastic, you will not be grounded. Well, when you are told the next opportunity, take off your shoes and walk barefoot.
In 1952, the German physics professor Schumann wanted to find out if the earth had any frequency – a pulse. His claim for the existence of the frequency originates from the fact that when one sphere exists in another, electrical tension is created. Since the negatively charged earth exists in a positively charged ionosphere, there is certainly some tension between the two. And this would give the country a frequency. Following this, through a series of calculations, he reached a number that he thought was the pulse of the earth. This frequency was 10 hertz.
Only in 1954 Schumann joined with another scientist to determine that the country’s frequency is 7.83 Hertz. This discovery was later tested by several scientists and was confirmed. Schumann resonance is a scientifically accepted term and is used to describe or measure the Earth’s pulse. Although its existence is a scientifically valid fact, there is still a small number of scientists who fully understand the important link between this frequency and the life of the planet.
